Solar Street Lamp Installation Diagram
1. After the lamp pole is installed, start connecting the wires of all components (solar panels, batteries, light sources) to the controller. (See the diagram for the specific controller wiring)
2. First connect the light source wire directly to the battery wire to see if the light source is on, and then determine the positive and negative poles of the light source wire (the light source is not on after the positive and negative poles are connected back, the light source will not damage the light source, you can rest assured that the test lamp), then connect the positive pole wire of the light source to the red line corresponding to the light bulb icon on the controller, and connect the negative pole of the light source to the corresponding light bulb icon on the controller. Black line.
3. Check the positive and negative poles of the battery outlet with the multimeter DC voltage, connect the positive pole wire of the battery to the red line corresponding to the battery diagram on the controller, and connect the negative pole wire of the battery to the black line corresponding to the battery on the controller.
4) Check the positive and negative poles of the solar panel with the DC voltage of the multimeter, connect the positive pole wires of the solar panel to the red line corresponding to the solar panel diagram on the controller, and connect the negative pole wires of the solar panel to the black line corresponding to the solar panel on the controller.
5. When the controller leaves the factory, it has debugged the program and intelligent lighting time. After wiring, it does not need to debug the controller. The controller will actively enter the working state.
6) Note: When installing the battery box, tighten the screw and the waterproof threading pipe. When the waterproof threading pipe enters the lamp pole base, it should be 20 cm above the ground to ensure that the water will not enter the battery box if it is soaked through the lamp pole flange in rainy days. In addition, the installation site is selected to avoid obstacles blocking the solar panels, so that the solar panels can not touch the sample and can not be charged.
