Is the installation of ordinary incandescent lamp effective? Is there an extra expense for the cost of greenhouse? These are all things we should take into account.

 

 

In fact, ordinary incandescent lamps or fluorescent lamps cannot be installed, because the sensitivity of plants to the spectrum is quite different from that of human eyes. At present, the wavelength of the commonly used fluorescent lamp is about 550nm, which can achieve the effect of human vision. But for plants, the absorption and utilization of light is very poor. According to the data, the light source of fluorescent lamp can be used by less than 1% of plants in photosynthesis, and even less than 0.1% of incandescent lamp. Therefore, the installation of incandescent lamp or fluorescent lamp in the shed has little effect.

 

 

 

At present, most of the common plant growth regulating lamps on the market are equipped with flexible LED light source system to simulate the natural light source, which can basically meet about 90% of the light demand of plants.
